Fixed and improved some stuff

Was mostly trying to make the game more fun/resources have more uses than just upgrading their respective planets.  Now for later upgrades planets will need resources from other planets, and to upgrade planets you'll need resources from several of your unlocked planets. Game balancing still isn't all there, but I think it's much better than the jam version.

Also fixed some bugs relating to buttons not graying out when you can't afford them, and stuff like that, and also finally added feedback to clicking the planets as well as buttons. The resolution is still a bit buggy, have not figured that out yet :P.
